Business Systems & Automation · GoHighLevel
I design and build CRMs, pipelines, automations, funnels and websites in GoHighLevel, connected into one system that captures leads, follows up on time and books the appointment.

01About
I'm Josh, a GoHighLevel specialist from Davao City. I build the systems behind how a business captures, follows up with and converts its leads.
My path here wasn't a straight line. I studied Civil Engineering, coordinated shipments between sales teams and carriers, ran residential builds on site, and supported real estate agents with calendars, contracts and marketing. Every one of those jobs came down to the same thing: work runs smoothly when the process behind it is clear.
Now I put that into funnels, CRM setup, pipelines and workflow automation. I'm also learning Zapier, Make, n8n and AI automation, and building FormicHive, my systems and automation practice.
02My approach
The business, the customer journey, the goals and how things work today.
How leads, information and people move through the business, written down before anything is built.
The CRM, pipeline, automations, funnel, website and workflows, in phases.
Test every path, then refine and simplify until the system runs without babysitting.
03Systems
Software is just the tool. The value is how each stage of the customer journey hands off to the next. Select a stage to see what I build there.

05Portfolio
Independent demo builds for fictional businesses. Open any website or funnel to use it live: fill in the forms, book a time and see what the automation does next.
A calm, trustworthy practice site with services, team, reviews and an appointment request form.
A bold contractor site built around one action: booking a free roof inspection, with storm-damage and insurance questions.
An editorial real estate site with listings, buyer and seller paths, and a home valuation form that captures seller leads.
A new-client offer funnel: claim the offer, then book a time on the calendar. Built to fill the schedule with first visits.
A trial funnel with a goal survey, then a coach session booking. The goal answer drives the follow-up messages.
A 3-step quiz form that qualifies the job, then lets the homeowner pick an arrival window. Old systems get flagged for a replacement quote.
Replies to every new lead in under a minute by SMS and email, alerts the rep, then branches on whether they booked.
Confirmation, 24-hour and 2-hour reminders, then an automatic rebook text and call task when someone doesn't show.
Texts back every missed caller within a minute, routes replies to the front desk and creates a call-back task when there's silence.
Asks for a 1–5 rating after a won deal. Happy customers get the Google review link; unhappy ones go straight to the manager.
A spaced email and SMS sequence for cold leads that creates a new opportunity and alerts the team the moment someone re-engages.
Tags the source, writes an AI summary, scores the lead, then routes big budgets to a senior closer and the rest by round robin.
Texts past clients who stopped booking with a returning offer, hands warm replies to the front desk, and stops after three touches.
Follows up every sent quote by email, text and a call task, offers financing, and hands won jobs straight to scheduling.
A roofing company's CRM you can actually use: simulate a lead, text them back, book the inspection and watch the dashboard, calendar and pipeline update together.
A website visitor becomes a booked, reminded and reviewed patient without anyone chasing them.
Watch walkthroughA missed call becomes an inspection, a quote and a signed job, with follow-up that never lets the quote go cold.
Watch walkthroughPast clients who stopped booking come back, using contacts the business already has and no new ad spend.

07Why work with me
I look at how the pieces connect, a habit built across engineering, logistics and real estate operations.
Systems only work when the details do. Contracts, schedules and shipments taught me that.
I don't just study systems. I build funnels, pipelines and automations myself in GoHighLevel.
I'm expanding into Zapier, Make, n8n and AI automation to connect HighLevel to the rest of your stack.
08FormicHive
FormicHive is my growing systems and automation practice. It's inspired by how ant colonies turn small, coordinated actions into something much larger, and it focuses on helping businesses connect the moving parts of their operations.
I connect the tools a business already uses (CRM, pipeline, forms, calendars, email and SMS) so leads move from first contact to booked appointment without slipping through the cracks or relying on someone to remember.
GoHighLevel is where I build day to day. I'm learning Zapier, Make and n8n so I can connect HighLevel to the other apps you rely on.
Yes. I can audit what you have, find broken workflows, duplicate data and leaky funnels, then clean up and rebuild what isn't working.
Yes. From the website and lead capture through the CRM, pipeline, follow-up and appointment booking, planned and built as one system.
Not yet. The projects here are independent demo builds and are labeled that way. My real-world GoHighLevel experience comes from my marketing role at AI Krem, listed under Experience.
A complete system I design and build myself for a realistic business scenario, to show how I'd approach the same problem for a client.
What you sell, where your leads come from, what tools you use today and what a good result looks like. A short call is usually enough to map it out.
